Assigning tasks with Slack or Telegram

Hello,

Is there a chatbot that would help the service management team members to be immediately acknowledged about new tasks or tasks' updates and let a team member claim that he or she is willing to work with this task just by replying to the message?

So, a task is being created or updated and the bot is sending a notification to the chat. A member replies to the notification, so the bot understands that the tasks should be assigned to this member. The bot is repeating such notifications until anyone takes the task. Is there anything like that?

It would also be great if this chatbot also tracks all the tasks and reminds that a certain team member should post an update or an internal comment for a certain task within some time.

Are there any solutions that would help to manage the tasks this way? Are there any companies who would like to develop such a solution for a customer?
