Hello!
I am having issues with an assignee not receiving emails when their tickets are being commented on. Looking into notification helper, this user is supposed to get an email based on the current assignee status. I have attached the notification helper screen as well as his personal jira settings.

Is Ozzy making the changes himself or is someone else is triggering them? Just asking due to the last option not being checked off.

It's comments from other users, even if he manually makes himself a watcher.
