Jira Service Management customer service portal should automatically show the assigned asset to the JSM customer.

HI @Swapnil Abhyankar

Welcome to the community.

Then the context of the asset field should be adjusted, as you want to see the assets linked to the reporter.

This would also mean that in the object there is an attribute of the type user and add a filter aql in the context of the field.

Then the only options to show are the ones related to the reporter

example: user = ${reporter}

I take it you mean in the creation screen?

There's a setting you can use on the Custom Field
Navigate to the field configuration, and go to the 'context' settings.
There you can update the field configuration

"Display a default object when this field appears in a customer portal"

should be set to 'True'
If your filter scopes are set up correctly, this setting will automatically select the first object the filter returns.
works well for us!
