Assign Edit Workflow Rights to a Non-Admin

Hello! 

My goal is to give a user rights to edit the workflow for a single project.  The user is non-admin role (in Jira).  I have assigned the Browse Project, Administer Project, and Edit Workflows rights to the user both using the Single User option and also using a Group I created specifically for this purpose.  

The permission scheme that is being used is only used by this project. The workflow being used is only used by this project.  However, the user is still unable to access the edit feature on the workflow.  

Does anyone have any insight which setup step I'm missing? 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello @Shemia ,

 

In project type conpany managed if you need edit workflow you need administrator permissions in site jira cloud. 
If you use project Team managed you can  add permissions to Edit workflow and cráter customfields (for example) in a single project. More information:

Yes, this is a company managed project.  I believe that would be cause of my issue.  Thank you for your help
