Assets (Insight) in JSM Free

Hello everyone.

We need to use Assets in JSM but the instance we use is Free because we do not exceed 3 users.
Is there any way to have Assets in JSM Free?

Having few users, it is not feasible to switch to the Premium plan.

Any suggestions?

No, Assets is only available if you are on the JSM Premium plan or Enterprise plan. You can see what features are available for each plan if you go to https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing

To supplement what @Mikael Sandberg stated, you only other alternative is for looking in the Atlassian Marketplace for third party add-ons to give you the similar functionality.  Unfortunately, those add-ons normal have subscription costs associated to them.  Here are a reference link for you review -
