"Want to implement IT inventory" does not tell us a lot about what you want.  If you're right at the beginning of it and don't know where to start, then there's two things I would start with:

Atlassian will always recommend their Insight product first.  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/insightapps/insight-for-jira-data-center-and-server-1085180878.html

You should check the marketplace for asset management apps though - you may find one that works better for you than Insight

We use STAGIL Assets - Advanced Links, Graphs and Matrix in our JSM server for asset management and their access requests.
