Asignar usuarios a diferentes incidencias

Buenas tardes, estoy teniendo un inconveniente con con un proyecto que estoy configurando y esperaba tener el apoyo de la comunidad.

Puedo poner de ejemplo lo siguiente: Tengo un proyecto y dentro del proyecto tengo 3 tipos de incidencias diferentes (Incidencia 1, Incidencia 2 e Incidencia 3) y 3 usuarios (Usuario A, Usuario B y Usuario C) en total.

Lo que estaba necesitando para el proyecto es que el Usuario A y B puedan crear tickets en la Incidencia 1, que el Usuario A pueda crear tickets en la Incidencia 2 y por ultimo que los Usuarios A y C puedan crear tickets en la Incidencia 3.

Si el usuario no tiene acceso a la incidencia no tendrá el permiso para crear tickets.

Agradecería cualquier tipo de apoyo que me puedan brindar, gracias de antemano por el apoyo.

Bienvenido a la comunidad Atlassian.

Jira no proporciona una forma nativa de limitar los tipos de problemas que puede crear un usuario dentro de un solo proyecto. Los usuarios verán todos los tipos de problemas válidos y disponibles en ese proyecto al iniciar el proceso de creación de problemas. Hay una solicitud de cambio sobre esto aquí:

Tus opciones son:

1. Divida esto en tres proyectos donde cada proyecto tenga solo un tipo de problema. Luego otorgue el permiso a los usuarios apropiados en cada proyecto.

2. Si está trabajando con un proyecto administrado por la empresa y tiene la aplicación ScriptRunner, puede agregar un Validador a la transición Crear flujo de trabajo para verificar si el usuario puede crear ese tipo de problema. Si no es así, el Validador fallará y no se creará el problema. Esa no es una solución muy amigable ya que el usuario no recibe alerta sobre el problema hasta que haya seguido los pasos para completar los campos.

Es posible que haya otras aplicaciones que también puedan ayudar con esto.

Jira does not provide a native way to limit the types of issues that can be created by a user within a single project. Users will see all the valid and available issue types in that project when starting the issue creation process. There is a change request about this here:

Your options are:

1. Split this into three projects where each project has only one issue type. Then grant the appropriate users permission in each project.

2. If you are working with a Company Managed project and you have the ScriptRunner app, you can add a Validator to the workflow Create transition to check if the user is allowed to create that type of issue. If they are not, the Validator will fail and the issue  will not be created. That is not a very friendly solution as the user is not alerted about the problem until after they have gone through the steps of filling in the fields.

There may be other apps that could also help with this.

Assign users to different issues

Good afternoon, I am having a problem with a project that I am configuring and I was hoping to have the support of the community. 

I can give the following example: I have a project and within the project I have 3 different types of incidents (Incident 1, Incident 2 and Incident 3) and 3 users (User A, User B and User C) in total.

What I was needing for the project is that User A and B can create tickets in Incident 1, that User A can create tickets in Incident 2 and finally that Users A and C can create tickets in Incident 3.

If the user does not have access to the incident, they will not have permission to create tickets.

I would appreciate any kind of support you can give me, thanks in advance for the support.

De momento voy a crear los 3 proyectos y voy a votar en la solicitud sobre el cambio, realmente necesitamos poder administrar los permisos.
