Asign an issue to agent

I start to work with Jira Service Manager, I added two agents but I can not asign an issue, the system shows the following message:

 

No se ha podido actualizar la incidencia

No se ha podido actualizar el campo persona asignada de SUP-6. No se le pueden asignar incidencias al usuario 712020:48911dff-d660-4762-8f82-7a9508fd8f15.
These are my agents:

Hi Paola,

They must have Jira Service Management agent licenses (they have to be in the jira-servicemanagement-users group)  and they just have the Service Desk Team project role.
