As an admin, how do I grant admin access to one of my agents?

I would like to give one of my agents admin permissions. How do I grant them permission?

Hello,

Do you want to give the Project Admin permission or the Jira admin permission?

If you want to give the Jira admin permission, then you shold go to the Global permissions and have a look, which group has the Jira administrator permission. Out of the box this group is called jira-administrators. You can find more info about Global permssions here:

If you want to give the Project administrator permission, then you should open the project permission scheme and have a look, which role is granted the Project administrator permission and include this user to this role. You can find more info on project permission schemes here:
