In the 'create issue' screen you have the possibility to configure which fields you want to see on the screen. I am looking an option to define as an admin the same screen setup for all the agents

Each issue type in a project can have a maximum of 3 screens, 1 for each operation (Create, Edit and View). For example, if there are 4 issue types, there will be a maximum of 12screens in the issue type screen scheme.
Maybe you could create a new issue type, for the specific use of agents (you could control it using project roles) and then, in that issue, you could define the screen for the agents.
