As an Admin, I would like to define the same "create issue" field configuration for all agents

In the 'create issue' screen you have the possibility to configure which fields you want to see on the screen. I am looking an option to define as an admin the same screen setup for all the agents

Hello, @Evert Morren ;

Each issue type in a project can have a maximum of 3 screens, 1 for each operation (Create, Edit and View). For example, if there are 4 issue types, there will be a maximum of 12screens in the issue type screen scheme.

Maybe you could create a new issue type, for the specific use of agents (you could control it using project roles) and then, in that issue, you could define the screen for the agents.

Hi Evert,

I am not following you here. Isn’t that precisely how it works? The create screen isn’t agent specific. What exactly are you experiencing that you wish to change?

I want to add fields to this screen as an admin so that all agents have the same view, and if possible I will make fields required in this s reen
