As a Service Desk user I can only see issues that I've raised, not the rest of my team?

Hi,

We're running an evaluation of Service Desk and we are testing it with a few scenarios. The main problem is that we have multiple users of a Service Desk project that all need to see each others requests. At the moment when we view the Service Desk we only see issues that we (each individual) have submitted?

Is a way to show all requests for all users of a Service Desk project?

Kind regards,

John

Hi John,

You can go into the project itself and browse through the issue, as service desk is linked to a project within JIRA. You will need to have browse project permission to do that :)
