Are urls to request types static?

For the sake of this question let's say I have an onboarding document outlining how to request equipment that includes a link to the IT Help Desk request type for new equipment.

Will that link remain the same indefinitely?

Or are there situations where it would change?

Hi @Ashley Honeycutt 

A link to a Request Type in a specific Project shouldn't change, assuming you don't delete it or similar.
