can anyone recommend a simple app that allows us to keep a note for the team in order to be able to use it to support customers?

Are you able to give a little more detail on what you want to achieve? Why use a Notes App rather than the Internal Comments section of a ticket?

We want to have notes for our team example: Customer networking information - Licenses notes for customers the purpose is to provide the team with an overview of important things so they can troubleshoot faster.

It might be a bit overkill however it sounds as though Confluence would be a great fit in this instance.
However, there will be of course be JIRA note taking addons on the Marketplace that might fit your requirements more precisely.
