Approve / Decline with information on what is to be approved

Hi,
When the customer creates a ticket, he should receive a link to a document after the ticket has been created, which he should approve or reject. How do I get the link to this document next to the approve / decline button so that he knows what he should approve? ( see illustration).
Do you have an idea?
