Hi, currently we are designing service desk for 3 departments. There is scenario where one departmant has to approve customer's request, and that request is supposed to come to another department. Let's say I opened a task for A departmant, A department approved the task with approval workflow, after approval of the the task, task automatically moved to B departmant. How can I achieve that? Is there workflow that does this automatically?
