Approval groups Configuration

Dears I am using approval in the workflow in many requests with multi user selection filed 

but when there is new employee added or removed i have to edit all request types that have this approvals 

is there any way to make group and use this group in the approval in different request types ?

EX: 

security team one of them or all of them must approve alot of requests and I added their ID's in many request and when new member added or removed I have to Edit all request to add/remove the new member

From my experience, you can only work with user pickers.

I assume that working with default values in the custom field's context configuration is no option to you because the list of approvers vary for each request type?
