Hi so I have an automation currently sending reminder emails to approver groups if they have not yet approved a ticket after 24 hours. That being said I need to have the approve and decline buttons appear in this custom email. Just like the built in JIRA approval emails, but I need it to say custom stuff. So using the send email action in JIRA automation can I use a smart value or some code to get the approve and decline buttons to appear?
