I tried to contact Atlassian support via a ticket, but it looks like they've removed that ability. Possibly because of COVID-19?
I noticed I didn't have the ability to change notification schemes anymore. If you go into Project settings under a specific project, then go to 'Notifications'. This screen will display how your notification scheme is tailored. There used to be a button at the top right that would allow you to go to the Jira application settings. From there you could add/edit notification schemes for all projects.
I also found if you go into the Administration menu, then you scroll to the very bottom, there is a subsection for 'Application Settings'. Under that, there are two options, Jira & Confluence. They both open a new tab/window to many properties for the Jira that overlook all the projects. When I click on this link, it attempts to bring me to the Jira application settings, but fails and says "mdtcanada.atlassian.net redirected you too many times." It also says try clearing your cookies. So I cleared my cookies completely (Time Range: All Time). I also logged out of my email attached to the chrome browser. I went back in and tried everything again with the same failed result.
Does anyone know if there is another work around to get to those settings? Or do we just have to wait until the next update?
Note: I also tried logging in on firefox & microsoft edge with the same results. It says they are redirected too many times, this is a result of not accepting cookies. Try clearing your browser cache/cookies.
