Any API for posting comment in issues on jira service desk with current logged user?

Any API for posting comment in issues on jira service desk with current logged user?

I got one API to post comments in issue on JIRA service desk

POST /rest/api/2/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/comment

but it post a comment as a admin not as a reporter.

Can anyone help me out?

Hello,

The Rest Api posts a comment under the logged user. It means that while executing this rest, you log under the admin user.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
