We have a service desk where we require the users to create an account to create an issue. We want all customers to the service desk to be able to view other customers issues so we add everyone to the same Organisation. However due to privacy we don't want to display the customers Name as requester of an issue in the portal. Is there a way to remove/anonymize the customer name?
