An address is used by many people, only one is authorized. How do I prevent others from sending req?

Salvatore Montalto August 31, 2023

Our customer uses a third-party tool with a noreply address to send support requests. Other customers of this third party use the same email address as our customer. We want to prevent other customers from being able to send us support requests. Also, this customer, as well as other users of this tool, should not get access to the help center, so we would like to register this email address without sending the initial invitation email.
Does anyone have any ideas on how we can accomplish this?
Kind regards

Edit:
I found the settings which allow me to prevent the invitation mail from beeing sent. But this still leaves the question open, if other customers with the same noreply adress could send us requests and if so, how we prevent that.
