We would like to embed a chatbot into our JSM Server installation. We can do this by editing the code behind the page. Wanted to check that this wouldn't leave us in a situation where we won't be able to receive support. Notwithstanding that the product is being retired in 2024
I believe that they will still support you. We added a custom chatbot without having to modify Jira. We did use the app refined to get it implemented. It might be better to see if there is an app solution before modifying the application.
