Buenas tardes,
Hello @Soporte Provenzal SAS
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Per your description, I understand you are in a free trial version of Jira Cloud application and have the following questions:
What happens when you reach the 2 GB storage limit of your free Jira site?
The 2 GB storage available on free tier sites is not a hard limit. That being said, you will receive a notification that you have reached the storage limit of your site and should upgrade it to Standard plan, however, you will not lose any data or be restricted to create new issues once you reach that limit.
How you can backup your site information?
You can use the backup manager to export all your site details (Users, issues, projects, etc) and properly import it posteriorly to another site, as explained in the documentation below:
Additionally, you can also export your issues to CSV or JSON files if you only need them.
What options do you have to increase your storage limit?
The only conventional way to increase the limit of your site storage would be by upgrading your plan from free to Standard. The starting price of the Standard plan in Jira Software is $7 per user/month, as mentioned in the documentation below:
However, you can talk with our customer Advocates team if we can provide you another option that would better fit your specific use-case. Please, feel free to contact them using the link below:
