The Need: Allow users to see filters that we have created in our Jira Service Desk Project in Confluence.
Issue: We have opened up the confluence site and people are able to access it appropriately. The issue is that the permissions in Service Desk dont allow for these same users to see the filters due to the project permissions. We added the Group "Anyone" to be able to browse projects but now receive the message "Browse Projects permission for the 'Anyone' group is not supported by Service Desk."
Are we going about this wrong to allow users that look in our knowledge base for current requests in process for their respective area? We also want to provide a list of requests that have already been approved/completed.
