My Google-fu is letting me down this week.
I want 3 customers to be able to see any and all tickets raised by each other in their JSD portal.
I have created an Organisation and added them to it but they are unable to see issues raised by each other (existing open tickets and past tickets - nothing new has been logged since this change has been made) even when they go to "All Requests".
Have you also shared the ticket with the organization?
