We use Jira Widget & APIs for submitting tickets.
When new employees submit the ticket, they are not fully set up and are required to set up their password to receive the updates on their ticket.
What I am looking for is one of the following options but I cant seems to find any useful information
* Auto register customers when they create account so they can recieve updates on their ticket OR
* Allow admins to add them as a customer who is verified
If anyone know how to handle or solve this please suggest an approach.

For this there is a configuration in the project portal said that allows to auto create the account. Please refeer to: * Auto register customers when they create account so they can recieve updates on their ticket
* Allow admins to add them as a customer who is verified
Admin, with agents, can add customer through customers list section: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-customer-to-a-service-project/
