All Attachements not working

Suddenly all attachments stopped working in Jira.

Hi @Yaakov Goodman , @John Funk hit the nail on the head. There appears to be a system wide issue with attachments.

You are at least the second person I have seen post about this. I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian to see what is going on.
