Apologies if it has been asked already, I failed to find a confirmation.
1) In Opsgenie, as an administrator I was able to manage integration settings, rotas etc. of our teams without being a member of those teams. As far as I understand, it's not possible in JSM, i.e. I need to add myself to the teams in order to access those settings, is that right?
2) Analogically, I was able to adjust "quiet hours" etc. for our employees in case of days off, holidays and so on. I can't see a way to do that in JSM, do I need to be an organisation admin for that, or is it not possible at all?
