I got this alert trying to update the work item view: Some fields will be removed from the request form. Adding fields to the work item view will remove any already in the request form and make them available for agents on the work item only.
It doesn't even have the 'Description' field in the center pane of the Work Item View, that's on the right side under Details. This is confusing to the Agents. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any workarounds?

Welcome to the community! One workaround I use is Forms. I have the request view only have "Summary" then attach a form that has all the required fields like description. This allows the fields to be in the center "Description Field" in the issue view.
