Hi there,

I have just created a new project in my Jira Service Desk and have assigned my colleagues (existing agents in Jira) into this new project. My question is: will they increase the number of agents in my jira license?

Many thanks in advance,

Caio Garcia

HI @Caio Garcia

Nope, if you are adding a new user as an Agents then only it will count towards your JSD license.

When you add a new agent to JIRA Service Desk, the new agent is added to the service-desk-agents group automatically. By default, this group is assigned with the JIRA Service Desk agent access global permission and therefore counts towards your JIRA Service Desk license.
