Attached is the screenshot of the problem. I tried reloading the page, changing the browser but the problem still persists.

have a look at https://status.atlassian.com. You can check, if there are any incidents ongoing. If the situation does not change, I recommend contacting the support. When you are logged in to your cloud instance, you can select it in one of the drop-downs.
