Hello, we would like to find some adon or settings for our Data server Jira.
Our aim - automaticaly regularly checking incidens and compare the main words ( category) and try to catch the same or similar incidents and than show as in report or dashboard or only by email notification.
Can you recommend some adon or your experience how we can to set up.
I founded only Heat map dashboard but it is not possible to set for description of the incidents.
