Please help!
Our Jira Service Management administrator is no longer with our company and their designated email address has been deactivated. So, we need to assign a new administrator but do not have the permissions to do so. Please advise ASAP.
Thank you!
Hi @Jordan Verastegui is there a way to reactivate the old admin's email long enough to use it to change administrators? You could also reference
I'm going to flag Atlassian Support on this issue if you don't have that information. They will need to confirm some account information before they can change the Administrator.
If you don't hear from them, you can create a Work Item with support directly for further assistance.
I am not sure about that, so preferably not. Thank you for your response!

Hello @Jordan Verastegui
Can you clarify if you mean your Atlassian Cloud Organization admin or your JSM Product Admin? If you still have an Atlassian Cloud Organization admin, they can address this problem through https://admin.atlassian.com
If you no longer have any Organization admins, you can also reach out to the Billing, Licensing, and Pricing support team by completing the form on this page:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
And any user with JSM Product Admin access should be able to create a technical support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
In the future your company should ensure that you always have at least 2 people that have Organization Admin access to avoid this situation where your one and only admin departs the company.
