How do you configure (or even turn off, or forward to another e-mail) the SD Bulk Filter? All of the e-mails it is catching and preventing from turning into tickets are not actually spam, and it is causing my team to miss critical customer requests.
I have the same problem. Simple mail without any Precedence or Auto-Submitted header is classified as bulk.
An error was encountered whilst handling messages from the mail server
"iadmin Jira" using the handler "class com.atlassian.jira.plugins.mail.handlers.CreateOrCommentHandler".
The error was:
