Additional Fields to Appear Only When Selected certain options from dropdown.

Hi, @ashish basnet !

To show the additional fields when certain options from the dropdown are selected, use CheckBox, DropDown, or Multichoice element from the form builder. 

After you fill the dropdown with custom criteria, set up when/then rule by Form Logic

Use Smart Jira Forms to solve this issue.

Also, with this add-on you can 

• Share forms with external users and collect data inside Jira properties.

Use forms feature and add condition to show one field based on another field option
