if this is about internal notifications in JSM Cloud, then usually no, not really in the built-in template.
Customer notifications are the ones you can customize much more directly. Internal notifications are handled separately, and Atlassian’s Cloud docs pointing focus is more on who gets notified / on which event, not on editing those internal email bodies to add extra fields like Summary.
So if you want the Summary explicitly included in a custom way, the more practical option is usually to use Automation → Send email instead of relying on the default internal notification.
