What are the rules for adding request participants to the portal view tickets?
For example I am a customer on a project and in jira , can i add someone as a request participant on the ticket?
If I am an agent in jira and a customer in a project which people can i be able to add to a ticket?
If i am an agent in jira and have internal agent access to a project , in which role in a project should be the people i want to add to a tucket as request participants?

Customers can access and send requests from the portal without signing in. This will affect all of the other JSM projects on your instance.
2. If you are the agent you can add other agents and the customers as request participants as well
3. If you are an internal agent and want to add people you can either add them as Service Desk Team - which is the agent and Service Desk Customer which is the jira service management customer. Customers are always free where for agents you would need a license
