Adding new systems to New Accounts form

The form comes prefiled in with a number of systems but i'd like to eliminate some and add others. Can it be done?

If the form you are referring to is the out-of-the-box Request a new account request type then yes, you can modify the systems field. the form is using the Components field and if you go to Project settings > Components you add/remove components from there.
