Adding labels on a ticket very often doesn't work

Hello, 

the last 2 weeks our team is struggling when they are adding labels to each ticket.

Currently in around 80% of the cases when starting to add the labels that are needed (existing) there is no feedback on the labels that we can choose from.

After refreshing the page (sometimes a couple of times) this problem fixes itself but no need to tell this is very annoying and time consuming for our team.

This 'feature' is happening in different browsers.

What's happening?

I think your are encountering this known bug: JRACLOUD-76266
