Adding items to "Workflow Post Functions"

Is there a way to add your own custom scripts to the list of items on the "Workflow Post Functions" screen when you are using ScriptRunner? We're in cloud, and have a script which we want to use to set the assignee on a ticket during transitions if the assignee is not already set.

We want this function used in several places, and we'd like to easily make this function available to our other users who set up workflows.

Any way to do this?
