Adding fields to admin notification

I'd like to add a field to this email.

This doesnt appear to be an email automation i created, but the base notification from what i can tell.

Im attempting to add location to this email.

This is a notification came from Notification Scheme of your project. This notification type is not allowed to be edited.

According the page: Configure notification schemes | Atlassian Support

For notifications from Notification Scheme "Currently, Jira Cloud does not offer a way for you to customize the look and feel of your email notifications. But, there are many third party applications available on the Atlassian Marketplace that can help you."
