Adding customers to an organisation but they do not appear

I am just starting out with JSM and I am trying to add a customer.

I have successfully created an organisation but when I add the customers email, they get the verification email and have created their account and raised a ticket but I still do not see them listed under the organisation.

I have also found that I cannot request them as a participant on another ticket.

 

Any suggestions as to where I may be going wrong?

@Nathan Pearce , Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Sometimes Jira can take a few time to display the customers inside organizations as a agent/admin view. If you already added the user, you can ask to him check in your Service Portal and confirm if the field Shared with is displayed and what option is listed for him (Needs to be listed the Organization name and the option private).

If this behaviour is happening, so you just need to wait for a few minutes until Jira start to display the users in your organizations page.
