Adding child (or second table) entries

Hi,

A user is filling a form. Is it possible to add a child table to it.

e.g. 
A user is filling a form (e.g for an activity) and he can add as many items as needed for his activity.

1. May be he can click new row and select add a new item.. then click new add another items
2. or upload a csv and JIRA could automatically populate child table based on the uploaded csv
   
   

Is there any way to achieve such requirements or any plugin that could help us.

Do you want users to add items from the customer portal? If so, it is doable with one of these apps:

• Elements Checklist
• ProFroma: Forms & Checklist (I've personnally never used that one but it looks like it would meet your needs)

If you just need it from the classic issue view, not from the customer portal, you can check these free apps:

• Smart Checklist for Jira. Free
• Issue Checklist Free
