Adding Customer Details , Address , email address and telephone number

Is there a way to add customer details such as Customer Address Contact person and telephone number . thanks

Hi,

In the native Jira Service Desk, you can't collect any more information than email, name, and surname. It's possible using our app Customer Details for Jira Service Management which is available for all JSM hostings.
