We have had requests by users in our company to add the 'Created by me' link to the list of selections in the Help Desk portal, as a quick and easy link on screen (not in a drop down of there account name on the top right). Is this possible?
I figured out a work around. By creating an announcement banner (no title), you can put the url for the 'Requests by me' below the 'Find help and services' search. https://yourcloudaddress.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?status=open
