we use Jira service management as a ticketing system for our engineering department. We have customers set up to create tickets with the engineering team but we cant figure out how to allow them to add other customers for visibility. Can any provide assistance?
Im aware of how to add someone to the ticket. My issue is no one accept the admin are available to add to the ticket. What setting needs to be change to allow this?

Customers can share their tickets with another Customer..
They can open the ticket in the portal, click on Share and add new Customers who will become Request Participants ... and they will be able to access to the ticket and receive notifications.
