Add custom field to the "Create Version" form

I need to add an additional field that is tied to a fix version.  Is it possible to add a custom field to the "Create Version" form

You can create a new custom field using the field type of "Version Picker" (it can be single version or multi-version selector) first, then add it to your issue screens (view, edit, or create issue) + added to the request form screen if needed..  The custom field will pull the version(s) from your project.

NOTE - However, if you are referring to the screen where you (project admins) use to create a version for your project, then it is not possible to add the field to the version admin screen.

I was hoping to add it to the release itself.  I'll probably have to use some kind of a delimiter in the Name or Description to make this work.
