Add custom emoticon as a reaction

Hi all,

I have noticed that you can add custom emoticons to Jira service management.

It seems that I can reply with the custom emoticon, but when I want to add it as a reaction to a previously created comment I cannot find the custom emoticon.

Is this possible at the moment?

Hi @Jim Schreuder welcome to the community.  With my JSM instance, I'm not able to reproduce your issue.  Do different users experience the same issue?  Have you tried different browsers?  I'm using Edge.  I was able to see the emoji that I added on different tickets.  

If there's some more information on how to replicate it, I would suggest adding a ticket with Atlassian Support and get their two cents, From what I saw, it should be working for you.
