Add a mark on issues visible in backlog

Hi!
How can I add a mark, a signal similar a flag (a dot, a V check...) on a issue, that is visible in the backlog?
In my necessity, this mark don't generate e-mail notifications and it is a checkbox choices.

Come posso aggiungere un segno, un simile a un flag (un punto, una spunta ...) su una issue, che sia visibile nel backlog?
Nella mia necessità, questo marchio non genera notifiche e-mail ed è una scelta di checkbox.

Is a label visible in view backlog list? I think no and I need this info...

It does in Cloud but maybe Server does not allow? If I go to the backlog > board settings > card layout I can add labels to the Backlog view.

But this is my problem: I would like to see a little mark point in backlog list, like a little star, a little dot, similar the existing red flag.

A possible solution that I found is create a filter with "labels" field ;)

Now the spam notifications is my remaining problem  :)

i don't know of anyway to do this. possibly w/ an addon.
