Add Additional Template so they appear in the Create an Article Drop Down option within a ticket

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

How can we create a template so that our users can select it when they are working a ticket and they want to create a new article? Right now it appears that only two default templates are appearing: Troubleshooting Article and How To Article. I created a new template but it is not appearing in the drop down.
